Gifts of Personal Property and Real Estate

Gifts of personal property be made in various ways: outright, residual interest or to fund a charitable remainder trust. Gifts “In Kind” can be as simple as small collections (stamps and coins) or items of larger value like art, musical instruments and real estate.
